When You Create a Mundi Primum Account
We collect your email address, name, and password when you create an account. You may provide just your first name or a nickname if you prefer. We may also ask for your mobile phone number.
PURPOSES AND LEGAL GROUNDS:
(a) Account Security: We process your email address and password to enable you to sign in to your account. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting your account security. If you enable two-factor authentication, we process your mobile phone number or email address to send security codes via SMS or email. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting your account security.
(b) Important Communications: We process your email address to send you important information about your Mundi Primum products, services, apps, or account—such as safety information or material changes to this Privacy Policy. Your name is associated with your account profile and displayed when you post comments or interact with other users on our platforms. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing important safety information, notifying you of material policy changes, and enabling user engagement.
(c) Marketing Communications: With your opt-in consent, we process your email address or other account identifiers to send you marketing communications (emails, push notifications) about our products, services, and apps, as well as newsletters. When You Sync Your Mundi Primum Device
When you sync your device directly or through a compatible app, we log transmission data including IP address, sync time and date, crash/diagnostic logs, geographic location, device information, network information (Wi-Fi or cellular), and battery level.

When You Communicate with Mundi Primum
When you interact with customer support (by email, phone, online, or in person), we collect: your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, contact preferences, information about your products (serial numbers, purchase dates), and subscriptions. We may create event logs for diagnosing product or app issues and capture information about your support inquiry. To improve service quality, subject to applicable laws, we may record and review customer support conversations and analyze voluntary survey feedback. When you purchase a product, service, or subscription on a Mundi Primum website, app, or through customer support, we collect: your name, address, email address, telephone number, and billing information required in your jurisdiction. We do not view or store your payment card information—this is handled by third-party payment processors.

We collect your name, mailing address, and telephone number to process and fulfill your order. The legal basis is performance of a contract. We also process your personal data for fraud detection, which may involve analyzing purchase, delivery, or usage data to investigate suspicious requests or claims. When You Make In-Store Purchases
When you purchase products in a Mundi Primum store, we may collect: your name, address, telephone number, other contact information, and purchase details (invoice number, products purchased).
PURPOSES AND LEGAL GROUNDS:
We process this information to generate invoices for tax reporting or upon your request. The legal basis for tax reporting invoices is fulfillment of a legal obligation. The legal basis for invoices requested by you is performance of a contract.
When You Use Location-Based Services
If you choose to use location-based services (such as weather) on your device or app, we collect the physical location of your device or connected mobile device to provide these services.

When You Use Mundi Primum Auto Navigation
If you use a Mundi Primum auto navigation device or app and provide consent, we collect and upload: location, speed, direction, and time/date of recording. With your consent, we may share this aggregated data with third parties to enhance traffic, parking, and other features enabled by content providers.
PURPOSE AND LEGAL GROUND:
This data is aggregated with data from other consenting users to enhance the quality of our products, services, apps, and features (traffic, parking, etc.) provided by us or third parties. The legal basis is your consent, which you may withdraw anytime in your device or app settings.
To Address Fraud and Abuse
We work to identify, detect, and mitigate fraud and abuse on our services, websites, and apps. If we suspect fraudulent activity involving your account or device, we may process: device data associated with your account, basic account information (email, name, phone numbers, mailing addresses), and our communication history with you to investigate. We may also process content you've contributed (activities, photos, comments, reviews) to develop and test measures that identify, detect, and mitigate disruption or damage to our services, enforce our terms, remove inappropriate or harmful content, and for related purposes.

Children
We request that individuals under age 13 in the U.S., and under age 16 elsewhere not provide personal data to Mundi Primum. If we learn we've collected personal data from children under these ages, we will delete the information as soon as possible.
